Savor moments of culinary bliss at our restaurant Esslibris. Our chef de cuisine Jürgen Süs and his team are passionate about cooking, and they treat their ingredients with respect. They focus on creating a balanced blend of seasonal ingredients, sourced locally when possible, which come together to give you a truly memorable dining experience. Our wine list features a selection that pairs beautifully with our dishes — great wines from local Palatinate vineyards as well as French and Italian options.

Our Landhaus restaurant is located in former 18th-century stables, as intimate and cozy as can be.  The cuisine here is influenced by the joys and delicacies of the region of South Tyrol. This is no coincidence. South Tyrol is not just where our family has its roots: it is also a beautiful part of the world with magnificent wines and Mediterranean-inspired cuisine. At the same time, however, we would not be what we are if we did not feature regional dishes. For example, you can find South Tyrolean bacon on the tarte flambée that comes from nearby Alsace — a wonderful combination.
